国際卓越セミナー International School of Excellence 2025
『科学革命』（丸善）や『錬金術の秘密』（勁草書房）の邦訳書でおなじみのローレンス・プリンチーペ教授（ジョンズ・ホプキンズ大学・科学史）を特別ゲストとして迎え、一般公開講演会、そして国際専門者会議を模した、2 日間にわたる少人数形式による短期集中型の国際卓越セミナー（International School of Excellence 2025）を開催します。
国際卓越セミナーの参加者は2 日間にわたりセミナー全行程に参加し、各自の研究から英語で30 分の発表をおこない、プリンチーペ教授のアドヴァイスとともに、参加者全員による活発な質疑応答をとおして、今後の研究指針を獲得し、国際的な舞台での発表スキルの向上することを目指しています。

Lawrence M. Principe is a professor of history of science at Johns Hopkins University. Well known for works such as The Scientific Revolution and The Secrets of Alchemy, we have invited him to host our 2-day intensive “International School of Excellence” (ISE2025). Each participant will present a 30-minute paper in English based on their current research, which will be followed by Prof. Principe’s feedback and a lively Q&A session. Through this 2-day intensive, participants will gain crucial insights for their research project and improve their presentation skills.
